针灸结合中药治疗外耳道疱疹三联症 1 例

摘要
患者女性，42 岁，在华侨中医院接受治疗，右耳部疼痛有水泡 1 周。患者被诊断为外耳道疱疹三联症，是由于感染水痘-带状疱疹病毒引起的第七颅神经炎症。该疾病的发病率较低，但导致永久性面瘫或永久性耳聋的并发症风险。患者就诊时临床表现为右侧眼闭不合，口角歪斜。皱眉、皱鼻不能、言语不清、耳鸣，面瘫程度为 6 级，通过针灸结合中药治疗 2 个月后，疗效明显改善。右侧面部肌肉瘫痪恢复正常。眼睛完全闭上，皱眉正常。语言和味觉正常。耳部疼痛和水泡消失。耳鸣声音较低。无发生带状疱疹后神经痛。
