针灸治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究和作用机制进展

摘要
随着社会进步和生活压力增大，卵巢早衰（POF）在青年女性中的患病率逐年上升，对女性有巨大伤害，因此必需寻求安全、可靠有效的治疗方法。本文通过对 POF 中医病因病机和近 10 年针灸和针药结合治疗性文献研究，发现针灸能改善卵巢功能、提高生活质量、减少症状。目前临床研究还有缺乏，以期待创新性的治疗策略。
