“任督同调” 法针刺治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良 30 例

摘要
目的以观察“任督同调”法针刺治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的临床疗效。本研究采用同期自身前后对照研究,纳入肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者 30 例,取水沟、华佗夹脊穴、中脘针刺治疗,每周治疗 2 次,连续治疗 10 次。于治疗前后观察总体症状积分、功能性消化不良生存质量量表 (FDDQL) 评分。结果提示与治疗前相比,治疗 10 次后患者总体症状积分较前降低,FDDQL 评分较前升高(p<0.05),总有效率为 93.33% (28/30) , 且安全性评价较高。研究结论显示 “任督同调” 法针刺能有效改善患者的消化不良症状, 提高患者的生活质量。
