针刺防治炎性衰老相关疾病研究进展

摘要
随着老龄化社会的快速发展，衰老成为全球研究的热点问题。而慢性炎性与衰老密切相关，导致器官病理性衰老疾病，包括神经退行性变、心血管疾病、代谢综合征和骨退行性病变等。研究发现针刺具有抑制炎症反应、减轻氧化应激损伤、抑制细胞凋亡、促进神经和血管再生等作用。而电针疗法融合了传统针灸与电刺激的双重优势，因其刺激过程可以被标准化控制，不仅能够实现快速治疗，还能确保疗效的稳定性。因此，电针在抗炎性衰老相关疾病中发挥着重要的作用。本综述聚焦于针刺疗法在防治炎性衰老相关的疾病方面的应用，并概述针刺在抗炎过程中可能涉及的生物学机制。以期为针刺在抗炎性衰老领域的应用提供治疗思路和研究方法。
