针刺治疗头痛的研究概况

摘要
头痛是泰国临床上常见的一种症状，发病很广泛不分性别或年龄阶段。若早期出现头痛而未经适当诊断和及时治疗，可能会对身体健康、心理健康和日常生活造成严重和慢性的影响。目前，当代医学中最常见的头痛类型包括紧张性头痛、颈椎受伤引起的颈部头痛和偏头痛。每种类型的症状各不相同，有多种原因和因素导致。这项研究参考了在 CNKI、PubMed 以及其他数据库 10 年内发表的文章，针灸治疗所有三种类型的头痛。研究得出结论，针灸与中医的各种原理结合，能够有效地临床治疗所有类型的头痛，结果能缓解患者的不适，是一种优先选择的有效治疗方法。
