颈椎病之钩椎关节紊乱的典型病案

摘要

随着人们生活方式和环境的改变,颈椎病已成为现代生活最常见的疾病之一。钩椎关节紊乱增生被认为和神经根型颈椎病、椎动脉型颈椎病有关,但是关于其发病机制仍存在争议,并且作者发现钩椎关节紊乱也跟交感神经型有关系。作者在本文中充分认识钩椎关节紊乱在颈椎病发病过程中的临床意义并举例病案,颈椎钩椎关节紊乱的早发现对颈椎病的演变至关重要,早期治疗可预防和控制其发展。本文章的讨论旨在为颈椎病的诊断和治疗提供参考价值,可作为临床参考依据。
