中医治疗良性前列腺增生临床进展

摘要
良性前列腺增生（BPH）是一种发生于中老年男性患者的慢性进展性疾病，随着年龄的增长，其发病率也逐渐升高，BPH 发病时对患者泌尿系统功能有较大影响，严重时会影响到肾脏功能，且严重影响了中老年男性夜间睡眠质量及生活质量。目前 BPH 西医治疗方法包括手术、药物，手术作为治疗良性前列腺增生症的一线治疗方法，但手术治疗的风险大、禁忌症多且术后并发症多，会造成各种不良反应，药物治疗也会导致一些副作用；中医治疗方法包括针刺、艾灸等，近年来越来越多的中医方法应用于治疗良性前列腺增生症，且据很多临床研究表明：中医治疗 BPH 起效快、疗效优，痛苦小、费用低、不良反应少，能明显改善患者下尿路症状，从而提升患者生活质量，患者更容易、更愿意接受，真正能做到简、便、效、廉。
