近五年针刺蝶腭神经节的临床综述

摘要
针刺蝶腭神经节，具有取穴少、疗效好的特点，治疗包括变应性鼻炎在内多种疾病，具有较全面的应用价值。根据解剖学定位，蝶腭神经节位于三叉神经第二分支，而针刺交感神经具有缩血管功能，能够减慢局部血流速度、减少腺体分泌。李新吾教授较早发掘该穴，将其应用于临床，定名为 “新吾穴”。通过研究近五年针刺蝶腭神经节的临床试验，总结出单穴针刺，以及联合体针、埋线等多样化治疗方案。不论短期疗效、亦或长期疗效都具有明显优势，体现出单穴针刺简便廉验的特点。分析这些临床研究的优点、不足处，为今后扩大适用病种、强化基础研究等提供参考。
