中西医结合防治老年高血压研究概述

摘要
老年高血压是临床常见的慢性疾病，其患病率较高，且逐年上升，是脑卒中、心肌梗死、心力衰竭乃至心血管死亡的首要危险因素，对老年高血压的防治研究已经成为当前老年疾患的热点问题。目前西医采用联合手段虽然取得一定的疗效，但是临床仍有一定的局限和不足之处。中西医结合治疗在改善高血压病人的症状、减少不良反应，长期控制血压等方面有着显著的优势。本文系统分析了中西医结合防治老年高血压的相关研究，以期为老年高血压的防治提供有效地参考和借鉴。
