麦粒灸的临床应用与进展

摘要
麦粒灸是中医常用的一种灸法。在临床上，中医灸法的使用发现一些问题和限制，包括挥之不去的刺鼻气味、燃烧艾绒产生的过多烟雾，以及过热造成的烧伤。因此，研究人员有兴趣更多地研究麦粒灸大小的锥形灸，这是一种小形状灸法，从而减少刺激性气味和烟雾。该研究还旨在为该疗法在多学科治疗中的应用建立指南。为了研究麦粒灸的功效，包括其治疗各种疾病或症状的有效性，并研究适合在泰国临床实践中应用的治疗指南。方法于国际数据库中检索从 2010 年至 2021 年间所发表的麦粒灸相关临床研究。仅纳入英文、中文和泰文文献。检索结果显示 84 项研究符合标准，进一步筛选后选择 15 项研究进行分析。研究结果发现麦粒灸具有通经温络、增强免疫、止痛、消炎等功效。因此，它最常用于治疗疼痛或炎症、神经和脑部疾病、皮肤病、癌症或化疗的副作用、肌肉骨骼疾病等。在皇太后大学医院，临床上使用麦粒灸配合针灸、理疗或作业疗法相结合使用。于手臂神经损伤导致的疼痛，它能有效降低患者的疼痛程度，并提高患者的生活质量。麦粒灸可配合其他治疗法创造出更多临床上有效治疗方式，于临床层面有着进一步研究的价值。
