ความก้าวหน้าทางการวิจัยด้านการรักษาโรคหอบหืดในเด็กด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา

บทคัดย่อ
โรคหอบหืดเป็นโรคที่มีภาวะหลอดลมตอบสนองไวผิดปกติที่พบบ่อยในวัยเด็ก และจัดเป็นโรคที่ศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนมีแนวทางการรักษาที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว บทความนี้ได้รวบรวมวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องและรายงานการวิจัยทางคลินิกที่เกี่ยวกับการรักษาโรคหอบหืดในเด็กด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนในช่วง 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งสรุปได้ว่าแพทย์แต่ละท่านมีความเข้าใจและมีจุดเด่นในการรักษาโรคนี้ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป โดยให้ความสำคัญไปที่สาเหตุการเกิดโรค กลไกการเกิดโรค หรือลักษณะการเกิดโรค และมีวิธีการรักษาทั้งจากภายในโดยการใช้ยาสมุนไพรจีน และการรักษาจากภายนอก เช่น การพอกยาบริเวณจุดฝังเข็ม การฝังเข็ม การรมยา การนวดทุยหนาในเด็ก การใช้ยาจีนชนิดพ่น เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ บทความนี้ยังได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับข้อบกพร่องในการวิจัยทางคลินิก เพื่อเสนอแนวคิดเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการวิจัยทางคลินิกเชิงลึกที่เกี่ยวกับการรักษาโรคหอบหืดในเด็กด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีน และใช้เป็นข้อมูลอ้างอิงเพื่อปรับปรุงแผนการวินิจฉัยและรักษาทางคลินิกให้มีประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
