ความก้าวหน้าของการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการฝังเข็มในการรักษาอาการปวดศีรษะจากกระดูกต้นคอเสื่อม

บทคัดย่อ
อาการปวดศีรษะจากกระดูกต้นคอเสื่อม คือ โรคที่เกิดจากความเสื่อมสภาพของกระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอ ปัจจุบันมีอัตราผู้ป่วยเพิ่มมากขึ้น สัมพันธ์กับอายุที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมักมีสาเหตุมาจากการก้มใช้งานโทรศัพท์มือถือหรือการนั่งทำงานในท่าเดิมเป็นเวลานานๆ ส่งผลให้มีอาการปวดจนรบกวนการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันในหลายๆ ด้าน การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการสืบค้นและรวบรวมข้อมูลบทความวิจัย ใช้ประโยชน์เพื่อในการศึกษาและอ้างอิง แสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิผลของการฝังเข็มในการรักษาอาการปวดศีรษะจากกระดูกต้นคอเสื่อม ทั้งยังเป็นแนวทางการประยุกต์ต่อยอดเพื่อใช้ร่วมกับศาสตร์การแพทย์อื่นๆ ในการรักษาผู้ป่วย ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาข้อมูลงานวิจัยทางคลินิกจากฐานข้อมูลต่างๆ ช่วงระยะเวลา 10 ปี โดยการรักษาประกอบไปด้วย การฝังเข็มมาตรฐาน การฝังเข็มอุ่น และการฝังเข็มร่วมกับหัตถการอื่นๆ ผลของการศึกษา พบว่าการฝังเข็มสามารถใช้รักษาอาการปวดศีรษะจากกระดูกต้นคอเสื่อม ช่วยบรรเทาอาการปวดศีรษะ ปวดคอ และยังช่วยลดอัตราการเป็นโรคซ้ำ เพิ่มคุณภาพการใช้ชีวิตให้ดีขึ้น เป็นต้น ดังนั้นการฝังเข็มจึงเป็นการรักษาที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง ให้ผลข้างเคียงน้อย ควรค่าแก่การได้รับการเผยแพร่ให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่ผู้ที่มีความสนใจในศาสตร์การรักษาด้วยการฝังเข็มรักษาอาการปวดศีรษะจากกระดูกต้นคอเสื่อมสืบต่อไป
