การทำนายจำนวนครั้งการให้บริการทางการแพทย์แผนจีนแก่ผู้ป่วยนอกสถานบริการสาธารณสุขของรัฐ

บทคัดย่อ
การให้บริการตรวจรักษาด้วยการแพทย์แผนจีนในระบบบริการสุขภาพของประเทศไทยตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552 กระทรวงสาธารณสุขได้จัดทำสถิติการวินิจฉัยโรคแพทย์แผนจีนตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ 2556 การคาดการณ์การใช้บริการเป็นบทบาทสำคัญในการวางแผนการให้บริการการแพทย์แผนจีน การทำนายด้วยอนุกรมเวลาเป็นศาสตร์และศิลป์ที่ยอมรับ เนื่องจากมีข้อมูลจำนวนน้อยไม่เกิน 10 ปี การทำนายด้วยทฤษฎีระบบเกรย์สามารถสร้างแบบจำลองการทำนายที่มีจำนวนน้อยได้ จากการนำข้อมูลจำนวนครั้งการให้บริการทางการแพทย์แผนจีนแก่ผู้ป่วยนอกของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ปีงบประมาณ 2562 ถึง 2566 ทำนายจำนวนครั้งการให้บริการในปีงบประมาณ 2567 โดยจำแนกออกเป็น รายไตรมาส 4 ไตรมาส และโดยรวม ผลปรากฏว่า แบบจำลอง GM (1,1) expanded with periodic correction (EPC) มีความคลาดเคลื่อนการทำนาย ปี 2562 ถึง 2566 โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่เกณฑ์มีความแม่นยำสูงคือ โดยรวมและไตรมาสที่ 3 ใช้พยากรณ์ได้ดี คือ ไตรมาส 1 และ 2 และมีเหตุผลพอที่จะใช้พยากรณ์ คือ ไตรมาส 4
