บทคัดย่อ
โรคกระดูกคอเสื่อมทับเส้นประสาทเป็นโรคหนึ่งที่พบบ่อยในประเทศไทย สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้กับทุกคนและมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆ สาเหตุเกิดจากการใช้ชีวิตที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปของผู้คน การพึ่งพาเครื่องมือทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ต่างๆ มากขึ้น และออกกำลังกายลดน้อยลง สิ่งต่างๆ เหล่านี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยอย่างมาก ส่วนใหญ่การรักษาโรคนี้ด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนปัจจุบัน ในระยะเริ่มต้นมักเป็นการรักษาตามอาการโดยจะหลีกเลี่ยงการผ่าตัด ศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนมักใช้การฝังเข็มและการนวดทุยหนารักษาและบรรเทาอาการต่างๆ จากโรคนี้เช่นกัน บทความนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลจากคลังข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ และฐานข้อมูล CNKI ในช่วงระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 10 ปี สรุปได้ว่าการรักษาด้วยการฝังเข็มและการนวดทุยหนาสามารถรักษาอาการทางคลินิกต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและจะให้ผลการรักษาที่ดีมากยิ่งขึ้นหากใช้ทั้งสองวิธีร่วมกัน ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกที่ช่วยรักษาอาการปวดของผู้ป่วยและช่วยฟื้นฟูการทำงานของกระดูกคอได้ดีโดยไม่มีผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยาและไม่ทำให้ผู้ป่วยมีความเจ็บปวดระหว่างรับการรักษา
