การศึกษาทางคลินิกในการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าด้วยวิธีการฝังเข็ม

บทคัดย่อ
โรคซึมเศร้าเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพระดับโลกซึ่งนำไปสู่สาเหตุการเสียชีวิตของประชาชน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้ที่มีอายุ 15-29 ปี การดำเนินโรคและกระบวนการรักษาโรคนั้นใช้เวลาหลายเดือนไปจนถึงหลายปี ผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้ามีระดับความรุนแรงของอาการแตกต่างกัน พบอาการที่เป็นปัญหาต่อการดำเนินชีวิตหลายประการ ปัจจุบันศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนมีบทบาทในการรักษาผู้ป่วยโรคซึมเศร้าเพิ่มมากขึ้น มีการศึกษาวิจัยถึงกลไก ประสิทธิภาพ และความปลอดภัยในการรักษาด้วยวิธีฝังเข็ม พบว่าการฝังเข็มรักษาโรคซึมเศร้ามีเทคนิคหรือวิธีการฝังเข็มหลายรูปแบบ โดยบทความนี้ได้ศึกษารวบรวมข้อมูลการรักษาโรคซึมเศร้าจากแหล่งข้อมูลงานวิจัยในประเทศจีนสรุปได้ว่าการฝังเข็มมีประสิทธิภาพในการรักษาโรคซึมเศร้า และสามารถเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตให้แก่ผู้ป่วยได้ จึงมีความประสงค์ที่จะเผยแพร่ข้อมูลการศึกษานี้แก่สาธารณะเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการรักษา และนำเสนอเพื่อเป็นทางเลือกในการรักษาโรคซึมเศร้าด้วยศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนแก่ผู้ป่วยต่อไป
