Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic,people with subhealthy, poor healthy background or those who do not take care about their health in normal times will have a chance to develop severe symptoms when being infected, also the possibility to have side effects from vaccination (inactivated vaccine or viral vector vaccine) than healthy people. Including the occurrence of unusual health conditions after recovering from COVID-19 (long COVID). The health care principle of Traditional Chinese medicine is to take care of body and lead a balanced life in harmony with the changes of the nature and environment,take care of the body and mind to live in a society and spiritual happiness, compassion for human beings.Therefore according to the principle of traditional Chinese medicine, good health promotion, good Immunity to fight diseases, qualified longevity life are closely related together.
