บทคัดย่อ

รายงานนี้เป็นการศึกษากลุ่มผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้ตรงที่มีภาวะรอยต่อรั่วหลังผ่าตัด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหาสุขภาพผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และไส้ตรงที่มีภาวะรอยต่อลำไส้รั่วหลังผ่าตัดและเป็นแนวทางในการให้การพยาบาลและการประเมินผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และไส้ตรงที่มีภาวะรอยต่อลำไส้รั่วหลังผ่าตัด โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกผู้ป่วยมะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และลำไส้ตรงที่มีภาวะรอยต่อลำไส้รั่วหลังผ่าตัด ตั้งแต่ปี 2563-2565 จำนวน 7 ราย และผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือก 4 ราย ซึ่งผลการเกิดภาวะรอยต่อรั่วหลังผ่าตัดขึ้นอยู่กับปัจจัยจากผู้ป่วย เช่น อายุ เพศ ภาวะทุพโภชนาการ ประวัติการสูบบุรี่หรือดื่มเหล้า การได้รับการรักษาเคมีและรังสีมาก่อน ปัจจัยด้านการผ่าตัด เช่น ระยะเวลาในการผ่าตัดนาน การเสียเลือดระหว่างผ่าตัด ปัจจัยดังกล่าวไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ แต่สิ่งสำคัญ คือการประเมินได้เร็วเพื่อการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่รุนแรงได้
