ความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพในคลังข้อมูลสุขภาพ ของโรงพยาบาลชุมชนในจังหวัดราชบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ : ข้อมูลทันตกรรมตามตัวชี้วัดที่ใช้ติดตามการดำเนินงานในจังหวัดราชบุรี ในระบบคลังข้อมูลสุขภาพ พบปัญหาข้อมูลผลงานตามตัวชี้วัดไม่ตรงกับความเป็นจริง รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพและอธิบายปัจจัยที่มีโอกาสเกี่ยวข้องกับความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพที่นำเข้าสู่ระบบคลังข้อมูลสุขภาพ ตามโครงสร้างมาตรฐานข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ
วัสดุอุปกรณ์และวิธีการ : กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นข้อมูลแฟ้มทันตสุขภาพ ผู้ป่วยนอกโรงพยาบาลชุมชน 4 แห่ง จังหวัดราชบุรี ปีงบประมาณ 2565 จำนวน 50,345 ระเบียน ประเมินร้อยละความสมบูรณ์แนวคอลัมน์และแนวแถว โดยใช้โปรแกรมไพธอน 3.11 และรวบรวมปัจจัยที่มีโอกาสเกี่ยวข้องกับความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพ โดยการสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องโรงพยาบาลละ 5 คน วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผล : พบข้อมูลที่ผ่านการจัดระเบียบ จำนวน 11,685 ระเบียน แต่ละโรงพยาบาลมีความสมบูรณ์ในรายครั้งบริการของเขตข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพต่าง ๆ แนวคอลัมน์ ร้อยละ 11.6-96.3 ยกเว้นเขตข้อมูลรหัสความจำเป็นต้องใส่ฟันเทียมมีความสมบูรณ์น้อยที่สุดในทุกโรงพยาบาล ร้อยละ 0.3-93.0 ความสมบูรณ์แนวแถว ร้อยละ 0.3-93.0 เมื่อเทียบตามกลุ่มอายุพบว่า โรงพยาบาล 2 แห่ง มีความสมบูรณ์แนวแถว ในกลุ่มอายุ 0-12 ปี ร้อยละ 45.4 และ 56.2 แตกต่างกับในกลุ่มอายุอื่น ที่มีความสมบูรณ์ ร้อยละ 5.0 และ 1.3 ความสมบูรณ์ในรายคน แนวคอลัมน์ ร้อยละ 0.8-98.3 แนวแถว ร้อยละ 0.8-94.3 ปัจจัยที่มีโอกาสเกี่ยวข้องกับความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพ ได้แก่ ความต้องการข้อมูล การใช้ประโยชน์ ตัวชี้วัดที่กำกับติดตาม แนวทางการบันทึกข้อมูล การตั้งค่าเริ่มต้น และหน้าต่างผู้ใช้งานของโปรแกรมบันทึกข้อมูล
สรุปผล : โดยสรุปความสมบูรณ์ข้อมูลทันตสุขภาพมีความแตกต่างกันในแต่ละโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มวัยเด็กมีความสมบูรณ์มากกว่าในกลุ่มวัยอื่น และรหัสความจำเป็นต้องใส่ฟันเทียมมีความสมบูรณ์น้อยที่สุด ซึ่งหากพัฒนาในปัจจัยที่มีโอกาสเกี่ยวข้องนั้นก็จะเพิ่มความสมบูรณ์ของข้อมูลได้
