The Effects of Primary Health Care Network Management System Development in Amnatcharoen Province, in the year 2017-2019

Abstract

The objective of this evaluation research was to developed a system of primary health care network management, Amnatcharoen Province in 2017-2019 by developed excellence in 3 areas, 4 projects, including 1) Management, by created the monitoring system of government operations, 2) Services excellence, such as the development of starred sub-district health promoting hospitals and the development of the health promoting hospital (HPH)'s operation manual, and 3) People excellence by developing the potential of the staff by Change to Pro and Smart HPH project. The collected data were from the administrators and staff who worked at the primary health care network system by using Level categorization of sub-district health promoting hospitals assessment, PA Ranking assessment, Personnel competency assessment and the success of using the manual testing form with the reliability values were 0.75, 0.70,0.79 and 0.84 respectively. The descriptive statistics has been used in this work. The study found that Governance Excellence with primary health care networks was improved to the highest quality and achieved the goal for all 3 years, Service Excellence with 77 HPH were approved with the goal of all 3 years but the level of success of using the manual is at high level and achieved the goal for 3 districts and People excellence, the staff showed overall competency and each side at high level. Therefore, the model of management of primary health care network system, Amnatcharoen Province should be promoted as a prototype for expansion to the further health region.
