ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี และพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีของทหารกองประจำการ

การวิจัยนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี และพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีของทหารกองประจำการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือทหารกองประจำการ จำนวน 165 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี มีค่าความตรง (CVI) เท่ากับ 0.87 และ 0.88 ค่าความเที่ยง Cronbach’s alpha coefficient เท่ากับ 0.81 และ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการการศึกษาพบว่า ความรอบรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -0.200, p < .01) โดยทักษะการไต่ถาม ทักษะการเข้าถึง ทักษะการนำไปใช้ทักษะการตัดสินใจ (r= -.209, -.208, -.201, -.192, p < .01) และทักษะการเข้าใจ (r = -.137, p < .05) มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อเอชไอวีตามลำดับ ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่า การส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ในการป้องกันการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี โดยเน้นทักษะการไต่ถาม การเข้าถึง การนำไปใช้ และการตัดสินใจ มีความสำคัญในการลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของทหารกองประจำการ
