ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ในช่วงเป็นโรคประจำถิ่น ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในการป้องกันโรคโควิด-19 ในช่วงเป็นโรคประจำถิ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นเขตอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 450 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง (ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ 0.89 และ 0.94 ตามลำดับ) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนาและ Pearson’s correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับโรคโควิด-19 อยู่ในระดับมากเกือบทุกด้านยกเว้นการรับรู้อุปสรรคที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองทั้งสองช่วงอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) แบบแผนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพตนเองทั้งสองช่วง (p<.01)
ข้อเสนอแนะ การปรับโปรแกรมให้สุขศึกษาในโรงเรียนควรเน้นการปรับเปลี่ยนความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ โดยเฉพาะการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงและความรุนแรงของโรคและส่งเสริมความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพที่ถูกต้องอย่างต่อเนื่องแม้สถานการณ์เป็นโรคประจำถิ่นแล้ว
