บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เพื่อศึกษาวิถีชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ 80 ปีขึ้นไปที่มีสุขภาพดี คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง (purposive sampling) จำนวน 13 ราย เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก การสังเกต และการจดบันทึกในระหว่างการเก็บข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวิธีการของ Colaizzi ผลการวิจัยพบวิถีชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ 80 ปี ขึ้นไปที่มีสุขภาพดี ประกอบด้วย 5 ประเด็นหลัก คือ 1) การดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 1.1) ทำนาเป็นอาชีพหลัก 1.2) มีกิจกรรมยามว่างระหว่างวัน 1.3) ศาสนาเป็นที่ยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจ 2) พฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 2.1) ปรุงอาหารบริโภคเอง 2.2) ใช้อาหารเสริมตามความเชื่อ 2.3) ออกกำลังกายเบา ๆ อย่างสม่ำเสมอ 3) การจัดการปัญหาสุขภาพ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 3.1) พบแพทย์เพื่อรักษาโรค 3.2) ดูแลตนเองแม้มีข้อจำกัดด้านร่างกาย 3.3) ใช้ความเชื่อบรรเทาอาการเจ็บป่วย 4) ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมและครอบครัว ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 4.1) ได้รับการดูแลเอาใจใส่ จากคนในครอบครัว 4.2) เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางสังคมสม่ำเสมอ 5) ปรับตัวปรับใจเมื่อเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 5.1) งดสูบบุหรี่และดื่มสุรา 5.2) ออมเงินสำรอง 5.3) ปล่อยวางได้ใจเป็นสุข
ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถเป็นแนวทางให้พยาบาลและบุคลากรการแพทย์ วางแผนดูแลส่งเสริม และพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างเหมาะสม
