ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ ของประชาชน อายุ 18-59 ปี ตำบลพลายวาส อำเภอกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี

การศึกษานี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยนำด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อเอดส์ ปัจจัยเอื้อด้านการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพ ปัจจัยเสริมด้านการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากบุคคล ในครอบครัวและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ของประชาชน อายุ 18-59 ปี ตำบลพลายวาส อำเภอกาญจนดิษฐ์ จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 244 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงและมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (Coefficient Cronbach) ทั้งฉบับได้เท่ากับ 0.91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยนำด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการติดเชื้อเอดส์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ = 96.68) ปัจจัยเอื้อด้านการเข้าถึงระบบบริการสุขภาพ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ = 74.59) และปัจจัยเสริมด้านการได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากบุคคลในครอบครัวโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (ร้อยละ = 94.26) และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยภาพรวมมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (ร้อยละ = 78.69) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยนำ (r =0.161) ปัจจัยเอื้อ (r =0.849) และปัจจัยเสริม (r =0.138)
