ผลของโปรแกรมการบูรณาการวางแผนจำหน่ายทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดสำหรับผู้ดูแล

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental research) แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (one-group pretest–posttest design) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการบูรณาการวางแผนจำหน่ายทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดสำหรับผู้ดูแล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนด จำนวน 55 ราย ที่คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า ได้รับโปรแกรมเป็นเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้ในการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนด 3) แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนด โดยมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.84, 0.87 และ 0.92 ตามลำดับ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบทดสอบความรู้และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรม เท่ากับ Cronbach’s alpha = 0.80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้และพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดของผู้ดูแลหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05)
