บทบาทของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านกับการมีส่วนร่วม ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และเปรียบเทียบระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการมีส่วนร่วมของ อสม. ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อสม. จำนวน 345 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ และมีค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟาครอนบาค = 0.85 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบสถิติ ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของ อสม.ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง โดยภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 3.11, S.D. = 1.09) เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการดำเนินการ (M = 3.33, S.D. = 1.05) ด้านการวางแผน (M = 3.12, S.D. = 1.06) ด้านการจัดการทรัพยากร (M = 3.01, S.D. = 1.15) และด้านการประเมินผล (M = 2.99, S.D. = 1.14) 2) อสม. ที่มีระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ระยะเวลาทำงาน และประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรังแตกต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรัง โดยรวมทั้ง 4 ด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ดังนั้น องค์กรด้านสุขภาพสามารถนำข้อมูลไปศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมของ อสม. ในการดูแลผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรังให้ครอบคลุมทุกด้าน เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวเรื้อรังมีคุณภาพชีวิตดียิ่งขึ้น
