บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลองนี้ เป็นการวิจัย 1 กลุ่มโดยวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เท้าของผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านโนนอุดม ตำบลศรีวิชัย อำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำนวน 30 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะ เจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยทั้งฉบับผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 ท่าน ได้ค่า (CVI) เท่ากับ 1 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.98 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่าง 1 มีนาคม 2567-30 เมษายน 2567 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน Paired T-Test กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ 0.05 การศึกษาพบว่าคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยความรู้หลังเข้าร่วมการใช้โปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Mean Difference =4.97, 95% CI=4.39-5.54, p<.001) และคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยการประเมินอันตรายต่อสุขภาพหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Mean Difference =11.67, 95% CI=10.50-12.82, p<.001) และคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ย การประเมินการเผชิญปัญหาหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Mean Difference =11.90, 95% CI=10.87-12.92, p<.001) และพบว่า คะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตัวเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่เท้าสูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Mean Difference =11.23, 95% CI=10.07-12.39, p<.001)
