ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน ของกลุ่มเสี่ยงเบาหวานมุสลิม อำเภอยะหา จังหวัดยะลา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบพรรณนาเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวานของกลุ่มเสี่ยงเบาหวานมุสลิม อำเภอยะหา จังหวัดยะลา กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 383 ราย ได้จากการสุ่มแบบจัดสรรตามสัดส่วนของกลุ่มเสี่ยงในแต่ละหน่วยบริการ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและสถานะทางสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน โดยมีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา .91, .98 และ .99 ตามลำดับ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค .84 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับต่ำกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน (r = .298, p < .001) โดยการรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงและการรับรู้ประโยชน์ของการปฏิบัติตัวมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับปานกลาง (r = .326, p < .001) ส่วนการรับรู้อุปสรรคมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบในระดับต่ำ (r = –.221, p < .001) การวิเคราะห์พบว่าตัวแปร ทั้งหมดสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันได้ร้อยละ 15.6 (R = .403, Seest = 10.985, p < .01) ดังนั้น การส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความเสี่ยง ประโยชน์ และลดอุปสรรคที่รับรู้ จะช่วยพัฒนาพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคเบาหวาน และใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมกับบริบททางวัฒนธรรมของชุมชนเป้าหมายได้
