บทเรียนการใช้มาตรการควบคุมการสัมผัสทางอาชีวอนามัยเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อ COVID-19 สำหรับบุคลากรโรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี

การแพร่ระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19) มีความเสี่ยงต่อการติดเชื้อในบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ส่งผลต่อระบบการดูแลสุขภาพ การจัดทำมาตรการปกป้องบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพจะส่งผลให้บุคลากรมีความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี ได้จัดมาตรการป้องกันการติดเชื้อ COVID-19 ในบุคลากรตามมาตรการควบคุมสัมผัสด้านอาชีวอนามัย ดำเนินการ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 13 มกราคม จนถึงวันที่ 30 มีนาคม 2020 โรงพยาบาลดูแลผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อ จำนวน 50 คน การสอบสวนบุคลากร จำนวน 805 คน พบเป็นพยาบาลและผู้ช่วยเหลือพยาบาล มากที่สุดร้อยละ 69.8 และแพทย์ ร้อยละ 10.9 บุคลากรถูกประเมินว่ามีความเสี่ยงสูงติดเชื้อจากการสัมผัสใกล้ชิดป่วยติดเชื้อ ร้อยละ 2.7 ได้รับการกักตัว ร้อยละ 2.0 เป็นแพทย์ 3 คน พยาบาล 5 คน ผู้ช่วยเหลือคนไข้/ช่วยเหลือพยาบาล 5 คน และบุคลากรอื่นๆ จำนวน 3 คน ไม่พบบุคลากรติดเชื้อ
