บทคัดย่อ
รายงานผู้ป่วยฉบับนี้ เป็นชายไทยคู่ มาพบทันตแพทย์ด้วยอาการมีก้อนในช่องปากได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็น NHL ชนิด Diffuse Large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) ร่วมกับการติดเชื้อ HIV โดยรายงานการวินิจฉัยชนิดย่อยของ NHLด้วยเทคนิคอิมมูโนฮิสโตเคมี และอินไซทูไฮบริไดเซชัน ไวรัส อีวีบี
