Abstract

Evaluate efficiency Personnel health promotion system Uthai Thani Hospital, 2018–2020 The objective is to assess the implementation of the personnel health promotion system Uthai Thani Hospital Uthai Thani province  and study the model of personnel health promotion Uthai Thani Hospital according to an achievement-oriented management model (CIPP Model) 4 aspects, consisting of Context, Input, Process, and Product.  The data sources used in this research A total of 568 people  were divided into 3 groups as follows : 1) The group that provided information according to the interview form consisted of 7 hospital administrators and 23 members of the Uthai Thani Hospital Executive Committee  2) The group that gave the information according to the questionnaire consisted of 499 Uthai Thani Hospital personnel 3) The group provided the information. According to the group discussion, the personnel of Uthai Thani Hospital had a decrease in body mass index (BMI) for 3 consecutive years, totaling 39 people. Tools used in this research It was an interview, questionnaire and group discussion.              The results of the study found that  1) Context: The objectives were set according to the project goals. and in accordance with the policy of the Ministry of Public Health. be appropriate. Overall opinion at a high level.  2) In terms of inputs, it was found that the assessment of the readiness of budget procedures readiness of materials is appropriate. Overall opinion at a high level. 3) On the process aspect, it was found that the assessment of project management control regarding the analysis of the cost-effectiveness of resource use project implementation and project audits are appropriate. Overall opinion at a high level    4) Productivity It was found that the overall health promotion behavior moderate. The results of monitoring body mass index (BMI) of Uthai Thani Hospital personnel for 3 consecutive years 2018-2020 found that Uthai Thani Hospital personnel The body mass index (BMI) was stable at 76.73 percent, the body mass index (BMI) increased by 15.19 percent, and the body mass index (BMI) was decreased by 8.08 percent. Those with a lower body mass index (BMI) had overall health enhancing behaviors, found that they were at a good level. The group of personnel with stable body mass index (BMI) and increased body mass index (BMI) had overall health enhancing behaviors moderate level. 5) Personnel health promotion model Uthai Thani Hospital. From in-depth interview of the personnel of Uthai Thani Hospital with a continuous decrease in body mass index (BMI) for 3 years It was found that Regarding the policy, the personnel were of the opinion that the good policy was the personnel health promotion policy. Environmental management, personnel were of the opinion that Organizing a good environment, including a place to exercise, fitness center, fitness club. In terms of activities, the personnel had an opinion that good activities were running mini marathon “wing srang sook”,  behavior modification training activities.
