ประสิทธิผลของสื่อโมชันกราฟิกต่อความรู้และความพึงพอใจในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น

บทคัดย่อ

     งานวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อผลิตสื่อโมชันกราฟิกเรื่องการป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองความยาว 3 นาที เปรียบเทียบผลของการใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีโมชันกราฟิกเพิ่มระดับความรู้ก่อนและหลังการรับชมสื่อ และประเมินความพึงพอใจของสื่อโมชันกราฟิกในอาสาสมัครวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นอายุ 20-40 ปี อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 95 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อโมชันกราฟิกที่สร้างและพัฒนาปรับปรุงตามคำแนะนำของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 2) แบบประเมินวัดความรู้ต่อสื่อโมชันกราฟิกจำนวน 20 ข้อ ซึ่งผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบประสาท 3 ท่าน โดยใช้ค่าความเที่ยงตรง (IOC: Index of Item-Objective Congruence) ได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.76 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นที่ได้จากการทดสอบซ้ำในกลุ่มทดลองจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งมีลักษณะคล้ายกับกลุ่มอาสาสมัคร ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ 0.66
      ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ค่าคะแนนระหว่างก่อนและหลังการรับชมสื่อโมชันกราฟิก มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p-value = 0.001) โดยก่อนรับสื่อโมชันกราฟิกมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 12.01 ± 3.80 หลังรับสื่อโมชันกราฟิกมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ 17.83 ± 2.49 นอกจากนี้ พบระดับความพึงพอใจของอาสาสมัครต่อสื่อโมชันกราฟิกในระดับมากที่สุด ดังนั้น สื่อโมชันกราฟิกเรื่องการป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองที่ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพสื่อสามารถเพิ่มความรู้เรื่องการป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง และความพึงพอใจต่อสื่อโมชันกราฟิกในวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้นได้
