ความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของภาวะซึมเศร้า ภาวะวิตกกังวล และปัญหาการติดพนัน ในกลุ่มผู้ลงทุนคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีในประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของภาวะซึมเศร้า ภาวะวิตกกังวล และปัญหาการติดพนัน ในกลุ่มผู้ลงทุนคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีในประเทศไทย
วิธีการศึกษา การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวาง ในกลุ่มประชากรอายุมากกว่า 18 ปี ที่มีคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีในครอบครองนานกว่า 6 เดือน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์สำรวจข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบคัดกรองภาวะซึมเศร้า (PHQ-9) ภาวะวิตกกังวล (GAD-7) และแบบประเมินปัญหาพนัน (PGSI)
ผลการศึกษา การศึกษานี้มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 1,052 ราย ข้อมูลที่เข้าเกณฑ์เหลือ 927 ราย มากกว่าร้อยละ 95 ก่อนเริ่มลงทุนไม่เป็นโรคซึมเศร้า โรควิตกกังวล หรือโรคอารมณ์สองขั้ว มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยของแบบประเมินปัญหาการพนันเท่ากับ 5 คะแนน ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์นักพนันที่มีความเสี่ยงปานกลาง พบความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้า จำนวน 289 ราย (ร้อยละ 31.17) ความชุกของภาวะวิตกกังวล จำนวน 121 ราย (ร้อยละ 13.05) และกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 227 ราย (ร้อยละ 24.51) อยู่ในกลุ่มนักพนันที่เป็นปัญหา ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้า ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา ลักษณะการลงทุน การมีโรคทางอารมณ์ จำนวนชั่วโมงที่ใช้ลงทุนต่อสัปดาห์ ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะวิตกกังวล ได้แก่ อายุ การมีโรคทางอารมณ์ จำนวนชั่วโมงที่ใช้ลงทุนต่อสัปดาห์ ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับระดับปัญหาพนัน ได้แก่ อายุ ที่อยู่ ลักษณะการลงทุน การมีโรคทางอารมณ์ และจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ใช้ลงทุนต่อสัปดาห์
สรุป จากการศึกษาในกลุ่มผู้ลงทุนคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีในประเทศไทย พบปัจจัยหลายอย่างที่สัมพันธ์กับการมีภาวะซึมเศร้า วิตกกังวล และปัญหาการติดพนัน โดยปัจจัยสำคัญที่สัมพันธ์และสามารถฝ้าระวัง ให้คำแนะนำได้ ได้แก่ ลักษณะการลงทุน การมีโรคทางอารมณ์ร่วมด้วย และจำนวนชั่วโมงที่ใช้ลงทุนต่อสัปดาห์ ดังนั้นผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องควรพิจารณาช่องทางเฝ้าระวัง การให้คำแนะนำ หรือการช่วยเหลือแก่ผู้ลงทุนคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีที่ประสบปัญหาดังกล่าวต่อไป
