บทคัดย่อ

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วยและเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วยตามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 190 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มแบบสองขั้นตอน (Two-Stage  Random  Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามปัญหาการฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วย มีลักษณะเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating  Scale) จำนวน  55 ข้อ มีความเชื่อมั่นโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard  Deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่าค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนปัญหาการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติบนหอผู้ป่วยโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (= 3.13,S.D. = 0.97) และผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนปัญหาการฝึกปฏิบัติงานบนหอผู้ป่วยโดยภาพรวมระหว่างชั้นปี มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

A Study of Problem of Practical on the Ward in Keeping with the Practice Nurse Student Opinion in Boromarajanani College of Nursing, Surin

ABSTRACT

The objectives of the research were to examine and to compare the problem level of practical on the ward in keeping with the practice nurse student opinion. A sample was selected from 190 graduated nurse students, academic year 2013 by using two-stage random sampling method. Research instrument is the problem level of practical on wards in keeping with the practical nurses opinion questionnaire. The rating standard scale 55 points, By cronbach  Alpha is 0.89. The analyzing statistic was mean, standard deviation and statistic hypothesis examination One Way ANOVA. The result of this research found that 1. The examination result of the problem level of practical on the  wards  in keeping with the practice nurse student opinion in each year classify by field found that 1) Individual field is in the coordinate level is middling ( = 3.16, S.D. = 0.97) 2. The comparison result of the problem level of practical on  the ward in keeping with the practice nurse student opinion in each year is statistically difference significant at  0.1 level.
