ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลต่อความพร้อมในการดูแล และความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะกลาง

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนผ่านสื่อดิจิทัลต่อความพร้อมในการดูแลและความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะกลาง จำนวน 52 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 26 ราย ได้รับโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนโดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของแบนดูรา และกลุ่มควบคุม 26 รายที่ได้รับการดูแลตามปกติ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด ซึ่งดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2566 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแล แบบสอบถามความพร้อมในการดูแลและความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแล ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาได้เท่ากับ 1.0 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 และ .97 ตามลำดับ 2) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ โปรแกรมการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนและสื่อดิจิทัลดำเนินการ 3 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Chi-square สถิติ Dependent t-test และสถิติ Independent t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. กลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมมีความพร้อมในการดูแลหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 และมีความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลหลังการทดลองต่ำกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
2. ภายหลังการทดลองกลุ่มทดลองมีความพร้อมในการดูแลสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .001 และมีความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลต่ำกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .001
จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จะเป็นแนวปฏิบัติการส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะแหงตนของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะกลาง เพื่อให้ผู้ดูแลเกิดความพร้อมในการดูแลและลดความเครียดในบทบาทของผู้ดูแลได้
