อิทธิพลขององค์ประกอบของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองในสตรีที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และศึกษาอิทธิพลขององค์ประกอบของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นโรคเบาหวาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นโรคเบาหวานขณะตั้งครรภ์ ที่มาฝากครรภ์ที่โรงพยาบาลสวรรค์ประชารักษ์จำนวน 118 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในด้านทักษะความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสุขภาพ การเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ การสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพเพื่อเพิ่มความเชี่ยวชาญทางสุขภาพ การจัดการเงื่อนไขของตนเองด้านสุขภาพ การรู้เท่าทันสื่อด้านสุขภาพ การตัดสินใจด้านสุขภาพและแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง .67 – 1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้ .71, .82, .83, .79, .74, .72 และ .75 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับก้ำกึ่ง (M = 66.42, SD = 9.62) ความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับถูกต้องบ้าง (M = 7.58, SD =1.77) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (M = 2.42, SD = .65) การสื่อสารข้อมูลสุขภาพเพื่อเพิ่มความเชี่ยวชาญทางสุขภาพ การจัดการเงื่อนไขของตนเองด้านสุขภาพ การรู้เท่าทันสื่อด้านสุขภาพ และการตัดสินใจด้านสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M = 2.24, 2.10, 2.17, 10.09, SD = 0.42, 0.58, 0.45, 2.15 ตามลำดับ) พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 3.11 , SD = 0.37)
2. ปัจจัยการจัดการเงื่อนไขของตนเองด้านสุขภาพสามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (β=.588) โดยทำนาย ได้ร้อยละ 34.5 (R2 = .345, F=1401, p < .01)
ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านสุขภาพ การให้ข้อมูลในการดูแลสุขภาพแก่สตรีตั้งครรภ์ที่เป็นเบาหวาน ให้มีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อน สามารถดำเนินการตั้งครรภ์ต่อไปได้อย่างปลอดภัย
