ผลของนวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้าต่อการไหลของน้ำนมในมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอด

บทคัดย่อ

    การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนการไหลของน้ำนมในมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอดระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับนวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้ากับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอด ที่พักฟื้นในระยะหลังคลอด โรงพยาบาลนครพนม จำนวน 50 ราย จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานปกติ 25 ราย และกลุ่มที่ได้รับนวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้า 25 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ คือ นวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้า แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบประเมินการไหลของน้ำนม ได้ค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหาของนวัตกรรมและแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เท่ากับ .98 และ .90 ตามลำดับ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของการสังเกตของแบบประเมินการไหลของน้ำนม เท่ากับ 1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Mann-Whitney U Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอดในกลุ่มที่ได้รับนวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้ามีคะแนนการไหลของน้ำนมหลังการทดลองในชั่วโมงที่ 12, 24, 36, และ 48 มากกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามมาตรฐานปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (c2 =6.63, p<.001), (c2 =6.35, p<.001), (c2=6.67, p<.001), (c2 =6.93, p<.001) ตามลำดับ

        จากผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า บราไฟฟ้ามีผลต่อการไหลของน้ำนม พยาบาลจึงควรนำนวัตกรรมบราไฟฟ้าไปใช้ในมารดาที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดคลอด เพื่อให้มีการไหลของน้ำนมมากขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีในการส่งเสริมให้มารดาประสบความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงบุตรด้วยนมมารดา
