การศึกษาความคิดเห็น ความพร้อมและการยอมรับ ในการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learning ของอาจารย์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สวรรค์ประชารักษ์นครสวรรค์

                การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็น ความพร้อมและการยอมรับ ในการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learnng ของอาจารย์ และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นความพร้อม และการยอมรับในการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learnng จำแนกตามจำนวนปีของประสบการณ์การสอน   กลุ่มตัวอย่างคืออาจารย์วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สวรรค์ประชารักษ์ จำนวน 47  คน  เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ความพร้อมและการยอมรับในการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learnng ของทองสง่า ผ่องแผ้ว1 หาค่า ความเชื่อมั่นได้เท่ากับ .86  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณาและวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analyss of varance) ด้วยวิธีการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่โดยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ (Scheffe’s method)  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

                1. อาจารย์มีคะแนนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learnngโดยรวมอยู่ใน ระดับมาก (=102.00, SD =9.98) โดยอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนจำนวน 6 – 10 ปี มีความ
คิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนแบบ e-learnng ในทางบวกมากกว่าอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ การสอนจำนวน 11 –15 ปี และมากกว่า 16 ปีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (F= 3.21, p < .05)

                2. ความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนแบบ e- learnng โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง  (= 65.26, SD =11.75) โดยอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอน 6 – 10 ปีมีความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียน การสอนแบบ e-learnng มากกว่าอาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอน11 –15  ปี และมากกว่า 16 ปี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (F= 3.24, p < .05)  

                3. การยอมรับการเรียนการสอนแบบ e- learnng โดยรวม ในระดับปานกลาง (= 83.34, SD =12.33)  โดยอาจารย์ ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอนต่างกันมีการยอมรับการเรียนการสอน แบบ
e-learnng ไม่แตกต่างกัน

                ผลการศึกษานี้เสนอแนะว่าวิทยาลัยฯ ควรมีแผนพัฒนาอาจารย์โดย การสร้างความเข้าใจ เพื่อให้เกิดทัศนคติที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับการใช้ e-learnng พัฒนาทักษะการวางแผนและจัดการเรียน การสอน e-learnng   รวมทั้งจัดตั้งทีมให้คําปรึกษาและสนับสนุนการสอนให้เพียงพอและเหมาะสม

Abstract

                The purposes of this descriptive research were to examine opinions, readiness and
acceptance of instructors toward E-learning and to compare opinions, readiness and acceptance of instructors toward E-learning in terms of teaching experience. The samples were 47 instructors at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Sawanpracharak Nakhonsawan . The research instruments included: 1) the Demographic Data, 2) the questionnaire on Opinions, Readiness and Acceptance toward E-Learning developed by Thongsakha Phongprawt1  with its reliability of .86. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and one way analysis of variance with Scheffe’s method. The results were as follows:

                1. The overall mean scores of opinions of the  instructors were at the  high  level (=102.00, SD =9.98) which the instructors with 6-10 years of teaching experience had more positive opinions toward e-learning than the 11-15 years and the over16 years of teaching experience groups
(F= 3.21, p < .05);

                2. The overall mean score of readiness of the instructors were at the moderate level  (=65.26, SD =11.75.) which the instructors with 6-10 years of teaching experience had more readiness than the 11-15 years of teaching experience and the 11-15 years of teaching experience had more readiness than the over 16 years of teaching experience (F= 3.24, p < .05).  

                3. The overall mean score of acceptance of the instructors were at the moderate level
(= 83.34, SD =12. 33) 

                The findings of this study suggested that College of Nursing should have plan for
instructor development by building up good attitude toward E-learning, skill development for planning and teaching with E-learning including adequately and properly setting up consulting and supporting team.
