บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาชุดบริการดูแลที่บ้านสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มี
ภาวะพึ่งพิง ผู้ให้ข้อมูล รวมทั้งสิ้น 63 คน เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง 24 คน ผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว 24 คน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุข 12 คน ผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล 1 คน พยาบาลวิชาชีพ ที่รับผิดชอบงานด้านผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 2 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยวิธีการสอบถาม การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนา กลุ่ม และการศึกษาเอกสาร ระยะเวลาตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2558 ถึง เดือน มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2559 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่และร้อยละ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ชุดบริการที่บ้านสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงควรได้รับประกอบด้วย 1. ชุดบริการสนับสนุนผู้ดูแล 2. ชุดบริการสนับสนุนวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ ในการดูแลที่บ้าน 3. ชุดบริการดูแลสุขภาพ ที่บ้าน 4. ชุดบริการด้านความรู้ในการดูแลผู้สูงอาย และควรมีระบบสนับสนุนที่ส่งเสริมให้มีการดูแลที่บ้าน ได้อย่างมีประสทธิภาพและคงไว้ซึ่งการคงอยู่ในบ้านและชุมชนได้นานที่สุด ประกอบด้วย
1. การปรับเปลี่ยน/ปรับปรุง การออกแบบที่พักอาศัย สภาพแวดล้อม 2. การจัดบริการรับ-ส่งที่บ้าน กับสถานบริการสุขภาพตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
