Development and Efficiency Validation of Web -Based Instruction Focus on Anatomy & Physiology Course : Respiratory System.*

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต  รายวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์และสรีรวิทยา เรื่อง ระบบทางเดินหายใจ สำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 ที่มี ประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80  2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักศึกษาก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน ด้วยบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ต และ  3)ประเมินความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาในการเรียนด้วยบทเรียน บนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษา พยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1 จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง (purposive sampling) เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตรายวิชากายวิภาคศาสตร์และสรีรวิทยา เรื่องระบบ ทางเดินหายใจ แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่า ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและค่า t-test 

                ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า

                1) บทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการพัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพ 81.80/86.35 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่ตั้งไว้ คือ 80/80

                2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน พบว่า นักศึกษามีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน  อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

                3) ค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อบทเรียนบนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตโดยรวม
อยู่ใน ระดับดีมาก

ABSTRACT

The purposes of this Quasi- experimental research were to develop the efficient web-based
instruction focused on respiratory system on Anatomy & Physiology course at 80/80 criterion standard, to compare the learning achievement between pretest and posttest of the students learning through
web-based instruction, and to study students' opinions about learning through web-based instruction.

The samples consisted of 30 first year nursing students at Kurkarun College of Nursing in the second semester of the academic year 2010. The instruments used in this study were web-based instruction on respiratory system, Learning Achievement Test and Questionnaire. The statistical data used in the analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

The research results were as follows:

1) The web-based instruction on respiratory system had effectiveness at 81.80/86.35.

2) The experimental group performed the significance higher posttest score than the pretest
(p< .05 )

3) The students showed very high satisfactions about learning through the web-based instruction.
