คุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล : กรณีศึกษา วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี ราชบุรี ประชากร คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล จำนวน 484 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยระดับคุณธรรมจริยธรรม โดยการจำแนกตาม ชั้นปี เกรดเฉลี่ย อาชีพของผู้ปกครองของนักศึกษา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า
- นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในภาพรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความยุติธรรมมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านความรับผิดชอบ และด้านความมีวินัยค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด
- เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตามชั้นปี พบว่า นักศึกษาทุกชั้นปี มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยชั้นปีที่ 1 ชั้นปีที่ 2 และชั้นปีที่ 3 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความยุติธรรมมากที่สุด ชั้นปีที่ 4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความรับผิดชอบมากที่สุด ชั้นปีที่ 3 ชั้นปีที่ 4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความมีวินัยชั้นปีที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความซื่อสัตย์และชั้นปีที่ 2 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความอดทนอดกลั้นน้อยที่สุด
- เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล จำแนกตามเกรดเฉลี่ย พบว่านักศึกษาที่มีเกรดเฉลี่ย 2.00-2.49 เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50-2.99 เกรดเฉลี่ย 3.00-3.49 และเกรดเฉลี่ย 3.50 ขึ้นไป มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความยุติธรรมมากที่สุด นักศึกษาที่มีเกรดเฉลี่ย 2.00-2.49 เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.50-2.99 และเกรดเฉลี่ย 3.00-3.49 มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความมีวินัยน้อยที่สุด แต่นักศึกษาที่มีเกรดเฉลี่ย 3.50 ขึ้นไปมีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความซื่อสัตย์ น้อยที่สุด
เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคุณธรรมจริยธรรมของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ตามอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง พบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีผู้ปกครองประกอบอาชีพต่างกัน มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความยุติธรรมมากที่สุด และมีค่าเฉลี่ยด้านความมีวินัยน้อยที่สุด เหมือนกัน
ABSTRACT
This research aims to study the moral virtues of nursing students in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Ratchaburi. The population was 484 nursing students. The research questionnaire was created by researcher. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation Comparing the mean of moral virtues level by year class, Average grade, occupation of parents of students. Results of this research were as the following:
1. The nursing students had a high level of moral virtues. The fairness is highest mean, followed by responsibility, and the least disciplinary aspects.2. Comparison of moral virtues of nursing students By year lass, it was found that every year lass had moral virtues by total with high level. the freshmen, sophomore and junior student had moral virtues in fairness with high level and senior students had high level in responsibility, sophomore and senior student in disciplinary, freshmen had last level of moral virtue in honesty and sophomore had last level in endurance.3. Comparison of moral virtues of nursing students according to average GPA of 2.00-2.49, GPA 2.50-2.99 GPA 3.00-3.49 and GPA 3.50 and above had moral virtues in fairness with high level and average GPA of 2.00-2.49, GPA 2.50-2.99 GPA 3.00-3.49 had the average of discipline and students with GPA 3.50 and above had least in loyalty.Comparison of moral virtues of nursing students according to the occupation of the parents, it was found the moral virtues of students with different occupation had high level.
