การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการโดยใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ในเขตกรุงเทพและปริมณฑล จำนวน 10 สถาบัน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content Validity) จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ (Reliability) ได้เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้เป็นสถิติเชิงบรรยาย (Descriptive Statistics) แสดงค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) และวิเคราะห์โดยถดถอยพหุคูณ (multiple regression)
ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการโดยใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน พบว่า ปัจจัยด้าน อายุ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และประสบการณ์การบริหาร ไม่ส่งผลต่อการนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการบริหารจัดการคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน ส่วนปัจจัยด้าน ประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการโดยประยุกต์ใช้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ส่งผลต่อการบริหารจัดการของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน และมีอิทธิพลในระดับต่ำ (R2 = .160)
ABSTRACT
This research was a descriptive research. The objective of this research was study the affected factors toward the management by using the philosophy of sufficiency economy In Nursing Private Higher Education Institutes. The sample included nursing administrator in Nursing Private Higher Education Institutes in Bangkok and boundary, composed of 10 institutes, 90 nursing administrators. This data were collected by questionnaire, questionnaires the content validity was done by 3 experts, verify the reliability of the questionnaire was .97. The statistics used percentage and multiple regression analysis.
The study found that age, knowledge of the philosophy of sufficiency economic and nursing administrator in nursing Private Higher Education Institutes did not affected the management when using the philosophy of sufficiency economic. The factors experienced in management when applying the philosophy of sufficiency economic in management, the result was found in low level (R2 of .160)
