บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบในวัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขสำคัญ โดยเฉพาะบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ครอบครัว และเพื่อนอาจมีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ อย่างไรก็ตาม หลักฐานในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของไทยยังมีจำกัด
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ และวิเคราะห์อิทธิพลของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว และปัจจัยด้านเพื่อนต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในจังหวัดชลบุรี
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น จำนวน 790 ราย คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบไคสแควร์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยโลจิสติกพหุคูณ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
ผลการวิจัย : นักเรียนร้อยละ 10.13 มีพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ในปัจจุบัน โดยส่วนใหญ่ใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า การวิเคราะห์พบว่า เพศชาย (adjusted OR=8.74, 95% CI: 4.45-17.19) การมีเพื่อนสนิทสูบบุหรี่ (adjusted OR=2.11, 95% CI: 1.32-3.37) การได้รับการชักชวนให้สูบบุหรี่ (adjusted OR = 1.96, 95% CI: 1.17–3.28) และคะแนนทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ที่เพิ่มขึ้น 1 คะแนน (adjusted OR=1.07, 95% CI: 1.05-1.10) มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ขณะที่ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัวไม่พบว่ามีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
สรุปผล : พฤติกรรมการใช้บุหรี่ของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยหลายระดับ โดยเฉพาะเพศ ทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ และอิทธิพลของเพื่อน การป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ในวัยรุ่นควรมุ่งเน้นการจัดการอิทธิพลของเพื่อน การเสริมทักษะการปฏิเสธ การปรับทัศนคติ และการสร้างบรรทัดฐานไม่สูบบุหรี่ในระบบสุขภาพโรงเรียน
