The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.

Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

• The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
• The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
• If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Journal of Health Science Research

Author guidelines for an English manuscript

Editors welcome manuscripts in the field of health science. Our journal is peer reviewed. Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2 experts in the field. Double blinded review process is conducted to ensure quality. Authors are advised to read and follow the author guidelines. Editors reserve all rights to accept or reject manuscripts.

General criteria

1. The manuscript must not be published, or under submission process, elsewhere.

2. Manuscripts should be written in good English. Authors whose first language is not English are advised to have a native English editing their manuscripts prior to submitting.

3. Payment of 180 US\$ per manuscript is required for reviewing process and subscribing for 1 year membership.

4. Each paper will be blindly reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.

5. If revision is required by reviewers, authors must re-submit within a designated time frame, otherwise the manuscript will be automatically postponed to the next issue.

Essential criteria

1. Manuscripts must be in Microsoft Word, Browallia UPC 16 pt. Single space with 1 inch margin on each side of the page is required. Page number must appear on the upper right corner of every page; starting with 1, 2, 3,..

2. Manuscripts are limited to 12 pages of content, including Tables, Figures, images, and references  (abstract to reference list).

3. Names of Tables, Figures, or Images must appear above them.

4. Manuscript and cover letter stating names, address, phone number, email address can be submitted to URL:https://www.tci-thaijo.org

Manuscript format

Title page

• Title: appears in the middle of the page, using Browallia UPC 20 pt. font.
• Academic position (or title) and names of all authors, using Browallia UPC 16 pt. font. Qualifications of all authors, affiliations and full mailing address, including e-mail addresses must appear after keywords.

Abstract  (English and Thai language)

• should not exceed 300 words, with the following sub-headings;
• Background
• objectives
• Methods:  design, samples, tools, data collection and data analysis
• Results
• Conclusions
• Keywords (English): 3-5 words

Main document

• Introduction: Background, rational, objectives
• Methodology: tools, samples, ethical considerations, data collection, data analysis
• Results: using appropriate Tables, Figures is recommended. Tables should not repeat what is already mentioned in the text.
• Discussion
• Conclusions and Recommendations: implications (e.g., for research, teaching, policy, practice)
• Acknowledgement: funding, conflict of interest (if any).
• References: Vancouver Style, using a tool to manage reference such as Reference Manager is preferable. References list must not exceed 25 items except Systematic review or Meta-analysis, or literature review must not exceed 30 items. All references must be in English only.
