บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่เป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการเจริญเติบโตของทารก แต่มารดาวัยรุ่นจัดเป็นกลุ่มที่ขาดวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ ขาดประสบการณ์ จึงทำให้เกิดความวิตกกังวลในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การศึกษาสถานการณ์ในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาวัยรุ่นจึงมีความสำคัญในการพัฒนาแนวทาง การส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวให้ได้นานถึง 6 เดือน
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และความต้องการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาวัยรุ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดอายุน้อยกว่า 20 ปี แผนกหลังคลอด จำนวน 15 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย : แก่นสาระสำคัญของสถานการณ์ฯ สรุปได้ 5 ประเด็นหลัก ประกอบด้วย 1) ด้านความเชื่อ 2) ด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม 3) ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 4) ด้านการรับรู้ประโยชน์ และ 5) ด้านการรับรู้อุปสรรค
สรุป : จากผลงานวิจัย เป็นการศึกษาในระยะที่ 1 ทำให้ได้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับการศึกษาในระยะต่อไป และใช้เป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบโปรแกรมเพื่อสนับสนุนให้มารดาวัยรุ่นประสบความสำเร็จในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่
