การวินิจฉัยองค์กรพยาบาลตามแนวทางการจัดการสู่องค์กรสมรรถนะสูง : กรณีศึกษาองค์กรพยาบาลภาครัฐแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กรพยาบาลมีความสำคัญต่อการนำผลไปพัฒนาองค์กรสมรรถนะสูง
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรพยาบาลตามแนวทางการจัดการสู่องค์กรสมรรถนะสูง และเพื่อตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรพยาบาลตามแนวทางการจัดการสู่องค์กรสมรรถนะสูง
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ในกลุ่มผู้จัดหาเครื่องมือ 6 คน และกลุ่มผู้ตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กร 12 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มตามแบบตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กรสู่องค์กรระดับโลกของเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาต่อจากนั้นให้หัวหน้าหน่วยงาน 12 คน ตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กรพยาบาลด้วยเทคนิคกลุ่มสมมุตินัย
ผลการวิจัย : พบว่า เครื่องมือการตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กร นำมาประยุกต์ตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรพยาบาลภาครัฐตามแนวทางการจัดการสู่องค์กรสมรรถนะสูงได้ ผลการตรวจวินิจฉัยการบริหารจัดการองค์กรพยาบาลตามแนวทางการจัดการสู่องค์กรสมรรถนะสูง มี 4 หมวด คะแนนเฉลี่ยค่อนข้างสูง ได้แก่ การมุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติการ การปฏิบัติต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การกำกับดูแลองค์กร และ การตัดสินใจเพื่อความยั่งยืน ส่วนคะแนนเฉลี่ยรองลงมา มี 7 หมวด ได้แก่ การนำองค์กร การจัดทำกลยุทธ์ การมุ่งเน้นคน การสร้างนวัตกรรม การมุ่งเน้นผู้รับบริการ การจัดการข้อมูลสารสนเทศและระบบไอที และหมวดการวัดวิเคราะห์ผล หมวดที่คะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยสุด ได้แก่ การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน และจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและผลลัพธ์
สรุปผล : การตรวจวินิจฉัยองค์กรจะทำให้ทราบจุดอ่อนจุดแข็ง เพื่อนำไปสู่การพัฒนาให้เป็นองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงได้
