Development of Organic Foods Management Model among the Hospitals in Lopburi Province

The research was Mixed method to study the development of Organics Food Management of Hospitals in Lopburi Province.The research methodology consisted of 2 phases.Firstly period was qualitative research examining the process of organics food management.Data were collected byusing in-depth interviewed and focus group discussion for drawing conclusion and leading to research instrument construction for the next past.Secondly period was action research for try-out of the organics food management model at 8 interested community hospitals.The study finding could be summarized as follows into 2 important finding periods.
Firstly Period : The organics food management model causing hospitals with leading to the success directly generated from 6 important management including: 1.1 Organics food policy of Lopburi province 1.2 Support of the hospital administrations 1.3 The competency of the Hospital 1.4 Supportive factors which arisen from collaboration of other agencies. 1.5 Monitoring and evaluation and 6.The limited factors to the organics food hospitals. Secondly Period : The results of try-out of the organics food management model at 8
community hospitals revealed that drive 4 strategies namely: 1.Smart management 2.Smart products 3.Smart surveillance 4.Smart network.The results of the model could generate organics food management in the different aspects such as improving food production,provision of safe material,monitoring of food according to the standard.In addition the successful of organics food management caused by supporting the organics food policy of Lopburi province and drived implement to the total hospitals.The limited factors were 1.New material producted by local farmers did not meet the hospital demand and the network lacked of management competency 2.discontinuous of control policy and financial support 3.implememtion by sectorial government agencies could not done in all integration manner.
The overall outcomes arisen from the model of organics food management in hospitals could be applied as a guildlines for hospitals movement within Lopburi Province. There were origination of organics food management producers supplying to be hospital and increased farmer outcome,the hospital food service were safe.Furthermore,The collaborative encouragement between the hospitals and local institution for the development of organics food for consumers.
