The development of traffic safety management potential model By the Road Safety Operations Center Committee Mueang Sisaket District Si Sa Ket Province

This action research aimed to develop the potential of traffic safety management by the Road Safety Operations Center Committee Mueang, Sisaket District Sisaket Province. The 4-step quality management cycle methodology was applied as planning, conducting, observing and reflection. The 45 people sample group was selected those who are involved in the operation of the district leadership team (Core team), including the Office of the Deputy District Security Officer district public health, Head of the emergency room, in charge person of the sub-district health promoting hospital,  Superintendent of the Provincial Police Station, defense officer and disaster relief of the local administrative organization, the department of rural road, Road accident victims protection company, village headman or community leader and the chairman of the Public Health Volunteers in Mueang Sisaket District, Data were collected by questionnaire follow the road accident prevention and reduction policy under the five main strategies (5 Es) and the district-level road accident injury prevention assessment form (D-RTI PLUS) between April 2021 and  (Content Analysis) July 2021 Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics presented with frequency, percentage, mean and deviation. The information obtained from group conversations notes recorded and interviews, participant observation include Transcription to categorize and summarize the key points while authentic assessment explaining as content analysis.

The results of the research revealed that the potential development of traffic safety management model by the Road Safety Operations Center committee consisted of (1) establishment of the district road safety operation center committee with assignment of roles and duties (2) problem situation and the risk points for road accidents analysis; (3) plans preparation development to deaths and reducing road accidents prevented; (4) Injury epidemiological surveillance data management. (5) an accidents information network established on the district level (6) the potential of road injury investigation teams Development on the district level (7) the risk points of road accidents Management (8) The road injuries prevent accidents awareness form.  From this study

The use of management data from the death analysis and other empirical data as a link and create the unit participation able to solving traffic accidents in risk areas. Therefore, the management should support and push for the continuous development of the use of information systems to solve accidents in the area.
