อุบัติการณ์และการจำแนกอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาในศูนย์การแพทย์บางรัก ด้านโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์

อาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา สามารถเกิดขึ้นได้หลังจากการใช้ยาเพื่อรักษา วินิจฉัย และป้องกันโรค โดยทั่วไปแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ อาการข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยา และอาการแพ้ยา การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบย้อนหลังนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์ของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา ความถี่และรายละเอียดของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2561 ถึงเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2565 จากฐานข้อมูลบันทึกอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาของกลุ่มงานเภสัชกรรม ศูนย์การแพทย์บางรักด้านโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ ซึ่งเป็นคลินิกโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และผิวหนัง ที่เปิดให้บริการตรวจรักษาเฉพาะผู้ป่วยนอก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้มารับบริการทั้งหมดที่ได้รับยาจำนวน 21,794 ราย เป็นผู้มารับบริการรายใหม่
ที่เกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา 46 ราย คิดเป็นอุบัติการณ์ของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา ร้อยละ 0.21 ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 65.22 ประเภทของอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาการแพ้ยา ร้อยละ 70.83 กลุ่มยาที่ทำให้เกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์มากที่สุด คือ กลุ่มยารักษาการติดเชื้อ (Infections) ร้อยละ 65.31 โดยเป็นยา Doxycycline ร้อยละ 36.73 ลักษณะอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาการต่อระบบผิวหนัง ร้อยละ 53.23 ผลการประเมินระดับความน่าจะเป็นจากแบบประเมินอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา (Naranjo’s algorithm) พบระดับน่าจะใช่ ร้อยละ 62.50 ดังนั้น การวิจัยนี้ สามารถก่อให้เกิดองค์ความรู้นำไปใช้ในการประเมินระดับความน่าจะเป็นของยารักษาโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และผิวหนังที่สงสัยว่าอาจทำให้เกิดอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยา รวมถึงการเฝ้าระวังและติดตามอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากการใช้ยาในผู้มารับบริการตรวจรักษาโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และผิวหนังได้
