ความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอลในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอลในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 377 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลในเดือนตุลาคม-พฤศจิกายน 2565 ทดสอบสมมุติฐานด้วยสถิติ Independent t-test และ One-way ANOVA
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอลในระดับมาก ได้คะแนนเฉลี่ยคิดเป็น 12.13 + 3.42 คะแนน จากคะแนนเต็ม 15 คะแนน ประเด็นคำถามที่ตอบผิดมาก 3 อันดับแรกคือ ประเด็นเกี่ยวกับขนาดยา 2 ข้อ (ตอบผิดร้อยละ 73.47 และ 38.20) และประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันการได้รับยาซ้ำซ้อน (ตอบผิดร้อยละ 36.60) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นและไม่เป็นอาสาสมัครบริบาลท้องถิ่นมีความรู้เรื่องขนาดวิธีใช้ยา และข้อควรระวัง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p<0.00 1 และ 0.010 ตามลำดับกลุ่มตัวอย่างอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านที่มีระยะเวลาในการเป็นอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขที่แตกต่างกัน มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอลไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ p-value= 0.232 สรุปได้ว่า ความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอลของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้านในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการอยู่ในระดับมาก แต่ควรสร้างการตระหนักรู้เพิ่มเติมในเรื่องขนาดยาและการป้องกันการได้รับยาซ้ำซ้อนเพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยในการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลมากขึ้น
