ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโภชนาการในผู้ป่วยโรคตับ ตับอ่อน และทางเดินน้ำดีก่อนได้รับการผ่าตัด

โรคตับ ตับอ่อน และทางเดินน้ำดี เป็นโรคที่พบบ่อย ส่งผลต่อกระบวนการย่อยและการดูดซึมอาหารซึ่งทำให้เกิดภาวะทุพโภชนาการ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโภชนาการของผู้ป่วยโรคตับตับอ่อนและทางเดินน้ำดีก่อนได้รับการผ่าตัด ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยโรคตับ ตับอ่อน และทางเดินน้ำดีก่อนได้รับการผ่าตัด จำนวน 84 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามจำนวน 6 ชุด ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบประเมินภาวะโภชนาการ 3 แบบประเมินภาวะโรคร่วม 4) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร 5) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทงสังคม และ 6) แบบประเมินอาการวิตกกังวล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความเสี่ยงต่อภาวะทุพโภชนาการมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 45.2 รองลงมา คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีภาวะทุพโภชนาการ ร้อยละ 33.3 นอกจากนี้ พบว่า ภาวะโรคร่วมและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะโภชนาการในผู้ป่วยโรคตับ ตับอ่อน และทางเดินน้ำดีก่อนได้รับการผ่าตัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = 406, p<.01, = 214, p<.05) ตามลำดับผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ผู้ป่วยโรคตับ ตับอ่อนและทางเดินน้ำดี ส่วนใหญ่มีภาวะโภชนาการเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนั้นควรได้รับการประเมินภาว:โภชนาการก่อนผ่าตัดทุกรายเพื่อส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการก่อนเข้ารับ
